Discovery Import

Software will not open

      Just loaded Discovery live and it will not run. Does it require a special type of driver or something?

      Hi Ralph Holley I presume you have done the installation by running the setup.exe in administrator mode and ensured your system is connected to the internet while you try to open Discovery Live. If you still have a problem I suggest you check your system compatibility by referring Discovery Live: Compatibility Utility If compatibility tool is mentioning that graphics card is not compatible, please go through Hardware requirements required for Discovery Live from ANSYS Discovery Hardware Requirements If the graphics card is compatible then please ensure you have the latest driver installed for graphics card, available from NVIDIA Driver Downloads. Further, if you are still facing issues, please reply to us with more information, such as screenshot of the error message.

      I have  done all the above and even ran the live version but I'm still running into issue. The user will not be able to run the live version in this environment and I'm having trouble finding the right video drivers. Please assit.
