Solidworks files opening in SpaceClaim Issue

  Hi Support We have a customer who when they try and open up a solidworks file in SpaceClaim they get the below pop up. If they close the pop up they get attach failed. Is this something you have seen before?

  Unfortunately, I have not seen this issue before. Does this issue occur for all Solidworks files?
  
  Have you contacted Solidworks support regarding this?
  I was not able to recreate this issue with an arbitrary Solidworks file even though I do not have a Solidworks license/product.

  I have the same problem with creo files, if I open a parametric creo file with SpaceClaim it opens Creo parametric and everything crashes.
  How do I resolve?

  I did manage to solve the issue by using CAD configuration manager from the ANSY 2021 folder opened as admin. Selected solidworks and then Next and then configure CAD interfaces.
  
  This may work for CREO.
