Can you search for errors in the transcript file which will help you to know the errors that occurred during this simluation? You can then make appropriate modifications to your model.

In that case, I will have to review the project file. I will send you a secure transfer link for uploading the file. Please archive the project file and send the .wbpz file.

I had already sent the Secure Transfer email yesterday. The email subject was "Link for uploading Discovery AIM project file". Can you recheck your inbox? Let me know if you didn't receive and I will resend the email.

Ansys EmployeeHello THPAL Engineering
Thanks for sending the project file. I tried running it and got an error related to insufficient constraints. It looks like there is interference between some of the bodies. I tried to check them by editing the geometry but the geometry was not loaded. Can you fix the interferences in the model? Also, I noticed that there are many contacts generated in the model. When I checked the tolerance value, it appears to be much bigger than the thickness of the bodies. This is resulting in unwanted contact pairs. Please specify a tolerance value that is less than the thickness of the bodies and try again. If the issue persists, please send the archived latest file. While archiving, select "Imported files external to the project directory" option so that the imported geometry will also get included in the archived file.

When I tried to lower the tolerance value, some contacts were not detected on interface generator.
I will be sending updated archive file for checking.
