  Ansys employees can not download the model. If you can share snapshots of the error message and also the snapshots of your setup then it might be easier for people to comment.

  The error message indicates that there is a rigid body motion for a part named Body main roof. Can you check if it is properly constrained in Y-direction? Also check the contact status for this part before solving the model.

  sir i got the solutions when i change the mesh size to default im getting solver error when i insert new mesh
  size. and i need to get 1.2m subsidence but not getting the nearest solution.
  can anyone suggest me an approximate procedure or concept to get the desired solution.
