Which version are you using?
Can you share a snapshot of the Properties panel showing the appended command in the target field?

Thanks for the snapshot. It looks ok!
Can you try running AIM in administrative mode and see if it helps?
Which simulation are you running - fluids or structural? IF fluids, can you try reducing the number of iterations and see if that helps?
If the above suggestions don't work, I will have to look at the model for further investigation. I will send you a secure transfer link for uploading the file.
