Why do you say it is "stuck"? It looks to me like it is solving. Click on the Solution Information folder in the Outline. If you see the cycle count increasing, then it is not stuck, it is solving.
You may not understand how long an Explicit solution can take. It puts an estimate in the Solution Output, but that estimate can underestimate the actual solution time by a lot, like a factor of 2 or more. Don't be surprised to see an estimate of tens (or hundreds) of hours.
I recommend you stop working in Explicit and instead try Transient Dynamics, which may solve in less than 24 hours.
