Solving for Magnetostatic adaptive pass 1, process solver2d error

  when I simulate magnetization in 2D,I meet one question,"Solving for Magnetostatic adaptive pass 1, process solver2d error: Exception caught. Solver aborted.. ". How can I deal to avoid this error message?

  Hi Li,
  It could be happening due to windows OS, you can try the following
  On your desktop right click on AEDT -> Properties -> Compatibility-> check Run this program in compatibility mode for -> select window 7
  If this did not work please provide the below details.
  Which version of AEDT are you using?
  Are you running it on Windows 10 or 11?
  Share screenshots of your model and setup.
