Some body parts don’t show up in Icepak Setup

The attached figure is my geomtry. When I open it in Icepak setup, the red section bodies show up, but the blue section surface bodies don't show up. How do i fix that? How to import all the parts in the setup? [***I don't use student version***]

You need to set these surfaces as icepak 2D objects like wall or plate. Also, DesignModeler is an old tool. Please try to use SpaceClaim or Discovery for model pre-processing.
