SubscriberI recently opened the same files with step and Parasolid xt formats via SpaceClaim.
Now, Spaceclaim opens the files but the geometry and parts are not visible.
In the structure menu, I see my part names but there is not any geometry inside.
I opened the same file at Solidworks and it shows all geometries without any problem.
What is wrong with my SpaceClaim? Did you have the same problem?

SubscriberDear Keyu, if there was such a simple solution, I would not write in this forum. Your comment does not solve the problem. The ANSYS representative could not solve the problem and we are considering installing the program from scratch as the only solution.
