Spaceclaim issues



      Good afternoon,


      One of our two SpaceClaim users are unable to use the software.


      Phillip Love is receiving the attached errors, Terry Lowe is currently on leave so I am unable to confirm what his current status is.


      We’d appreciate your support with this, the Ansys subscription on the account all looks to be correct.
