SubscriberGood day
I use SpaceClaim scripting quite extensively and I'm quite please with it.
However, there is one drawback, as I do quite some debugging of my code in the API, so I re-run the code quite often. In some cases the code gets quite extensive, 1000, 2000 or 3000 lines and after I've run the code maybe 5 or 6 times, the API gets very slow.
I've tried cleaning the API directory/memory between runs, by removing the variables I've created, but it doesn't work. The graphics run fine and If I restart SC, the scripting part runs fine again.
I've noticed in earlier version 2021,2020 etc, the graphic interface crashed after re-running long codes several times. That seems to have stopped in version 2022 R1. However it slows down quite a bit.
Any ideas what the problem is?

SubscriberYes, as soon as I restart everything is back to normal.
It just quite irritating restarting every 20 minutes after running the code few times..

SubscriberHi I just want to add that this happens with mee too. What I do and it seems to help is to clear the lower debug log window after a few runs. Also, save the script and clear the info box of spaceclaim, the (i) button. It helps recover from the slow script runs.
