spaceclaim startup error in ansys 19.2

  spaceclaim startup error in ansys 19.2. i installed ansys 19.2 student version. i got this error while geometry creation in spaceclaim. i followed steps by going to advance option> graphic render but it shows error as failed to create WARP/Direct3D11. what should i do to use spaceclaim.

  What graphics card do you have on the machine ? Try updating its graphics driver to the latest from their vendor website.
  
  Also, you can try renaming the following folders to anything else and see if it makes any difference.
  
  C:UsersAppDataLocalSpaceClaim
  
  C:UsersAppDataRoamingSpaceClaim
