Spaceclaim STL import not allowed

  Greetings, I downloaded the trial of Spaceclaim as I would like to test some of the stl repair features. However, I could not load my stl files. It complains about my license. Any pointers? Thank you. my license is under alpay@bignoodle.com

  Are you getting the license error while importing the stl file, or while opening SpaceClaim? Can you please send the screenshot of the error message you get?
  
  Also, do you also face the same issue while importing a step (or any other file format)?

  Thank you for your help. I am able to open the application, i get the error when i try to open the stl I would like to test with. Stl's are not listed as supported files, so perhaps this is user error on my part? I'm attaching a screenshot crop. I have not tried another file type. The only supported file types are scdoc, dsco, rsdoc, scripts, and scdot. When I log in to my account, I am in view-only mode, which makes sense to me since I am test-driving the free trial. Thanks again.

  Hello alpay This ideally should not happen. Can you uninstall SpaceClaim and redownload it from this post and make sure to install (run the executable file) it as administrator? Regards.
