SpaceClaim Suscription issue

      I do need some help with the access to SpaceClaim. Basically I installed it and the system gives the message that I attach about me not having subscrption enabled after I input my credentials. I do have an active license. What can I do? Am I doing something wrong?

      Hello Jesus Peraza

      I see that there are no Subscription licenses assigned to your email id. 

      Please request your license administrator to assign licenses to you so that you can use it.
