SpaceClaim Viewing Problem

  We have purchased SpaceClaim licence. First time we are trying to open non-native SpaceClaim files such as stp, igs, iges, parasolid, etc. When we try to open these kind of files we cannot see the body in the main screen. It seems body is loading however we cannot see the body in the structure tree and in the main window. We don’t have the same problem with native SpaceClaim files. You can find the some screen shots about what problem we have. In the first picture you can see that we cannot see the body. In the picture 2 same step file opened in the solidworks and it works just fine. Can you help with this problem?

  I was not able to reproduce this issue with your file.
  I'm not very sure what could be causing this issue at your end.
  Could you please try reinstalling SpaceClaim with Administrator rights?

  I solved the problem with recover the windows 10. I think it was caused by the user accounts conflicts. But recovering solved the problem. Thank you for your interest.
