SubscriberHi.
I am attempting to create a spark ignition simulation with non premixed combustion, the guide says it is possible, however, I cannot find the settings that allow me to use spark ignition in a non premixed combustion simulation. Can someone help me with the set up so that this is an option?
Thanks

Ansys EmployeeHi,
The spark ignition is available only with the transient solver and for partially-premixed combustion model if you are using tabulated chemistry. The spark ignition is useless in non-premixed combustion model since the non-premixed combustion model uses upper branch of the S-curve so that only the burnt (stable flame) state can be resolved.
Best,
Weiyu
