Species mobility specification

In the electrochemical reaction section of the theory manual it says that the conductivity of the electrolyte is defined by the concentration of the charged species and their mobilities. I can't find anywhere to specify what the mobility of the speciese is. Alternatively I've tried to figure out how to specify the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte as a bulk value, but can't find an option to specify that either. The only thing I have found is a UDM for proton conductivity, but seems to have no impact on the conductivity of the electrolyte when I apply a potatial across it. The field looks the same no matter what I change. Does anyone know how to specify these values or give the electrolyte conductivity in some way? This seems to be a major issue in getting the electrochemical reaction to solve.
