SPR biosensor

  I am trying to draw a SPR curve for wavelength interrogation based SPR biosensor using planer source.But my simulation set up shows me perfect result for angular interrogation based SPR curve, it got incorrect to draw wavelength interrogation based SPR curve. Please help to get the correct way for correcting the result.

  Could you elaborate more? you can post some screenshots for me to understand the device and the issue.
  Does it have diffraction? if yes, you may need to clarify if the result is for all diffraciton orders (total) or individual order?
