Having a meshing problem with a relatively simple geometry. Console reports the error ‘Stair-stepping of all boundary layers occurred at 1 location.’ Tried all boundary types, changing growth rate, number of layers and more but nothing seems to work. Can anyone assist? Here are some photos of my model and settings:

Can you share some more screenshots of the mesh? Also share some cut sections.
Are there crevices in the model? This usually occurs when there is no enough space to fit all the boundary layer mesh. However, this is just a warning and can be ignored if you think the mesh is appropriate.Thanks!
