Static “Initial Condition”

  I'm wondering if there is a way to use a static simulation that failed and use the last converged step as an "initial condition" in another static analysis. I've been using restarts, but there are a lot of load steps and it becomes cumbersome. If there was a way where this "initial condition" can be used as load step zero then continue at load step one. Does anyone happen to know if this is possible?

  Using the last solved step/ substep as the initial condition will not be the same as a restart. Try restarting the analysis. Please see if the following link helps:
