SubscriberStatic structural toolbox is missing from ANSYS 2022R1 Workbench. Is this a separate installation? What do I need to download? I know we're licensed for it because I'm able to see and run Static Structural on an older installation. This is not a student version. It's an Academic license.

Ansys EmployeeToolbox not showing is most likely a licensing issue.
Check the %TEMP%\.ansys directory for licensing debug files and if any errors, post them. What version runs and what version does not run?

SubscriberThe Static Structural toolbox shows up on the 2021R1 version inside of Workbench and I'm able to run it so I don't think it's a license issue. I have no idea if this was a separate installation or if it was included with our Academic license. We use a network license server.
Static Structural does not show up in th 2022R1 version. Again, I have no idea if this is included with the ANSYS installer or if I need to install something extra.
We are getting license errors, but when I click OK the software starts and I'm able to get a license. This seems to happen with multiple installations across campus. I'm assuming this is a separate issue and we've had issues with the 2022R1 version. I'm not able to deploy the 2023 version just yet. I've rebooted the license server and updated the license server software for ANSYS.
Here's the error on the client machine, but again, I'm assuming this is a separate issue:

System error: 10053 "An established connection was aborted by the softwarePlease advise.
