Stored elastic energy of deformed object

  Dear All,
  
  May I know if there is a way to automatically compute the sum of stored elastic energy in an objected deformed under a certain load?
  
  e.g. I apply a end tensile load of 5N in one end of cylinder, instead of analytically computes its stored elastic energy, can I directly readout from Ansys?
