I am a student trying to learn Fluent using the tutorial guide, but I need the downloads to fully understand the tutorial. I never received an account confirmation. How do I get that now and gain access to the downloads section for the tutorials?

Is this inside the customer portal  https://support.ansys.com/portal/site/AnsysCustomerPortal  ?

If so, this requires that your school has valid academic licenses with us and only ANSYS Support Coordinator (Faculty, IT) would be able to register for it. You, however, can ask them to download it for you.

Hi Vaughn,

We have a getting started guide, tutorials and videos in our online documentation for Fluent here:

These tutorials use relatively simple geometry. The model files are included as zip files that you download  from the tutorial.  

Example model that can be downloaded: 

 

Plus we have additional getting started videos on our YouTube channel right here.
