Student version downloads error

  All versions available for download (18.2, 19.0, 19.1, 19.2) give the user an error message after selecting "AGREE & DOWNLOAD".

  I am not sure if the solution was from clearing the cache or just changing networks but when I got to the university and tried there, I didn't get the error message.

  I think we saw both of the occasions where one of these can help but, yes, I'm not sure which one helps you in your situation.
