Subscription activation problem

  Hello. I am trying to activate a subscription license to one of our users. We have 6 licenses, and trying to apply the sixth license. When user logs in to SpaceClaim, it claims that there is no subscription for that account and opens in View only mode. I would like to try running the command to activate entitlement, but I dont know how to determine which users have the specific Activation IDs to rule out the available license for the last user.
