Sorry, I'm not very clear as to what exactly is the problem you are facing. Could you please provide us with more details?
From what I see in the image sent by you and our database, there are no device ids associated with the license. Which means the subscriptions are free to be used on a machine.
Your Administrator will have to login to his Discovery Forum account and assign the subscription to your email id and then once you launch Discovery from your machine, you will be asked to login and your subscription will be verified and your machine id will be recorded.
I hope this explains the process. If not, please refer to this video tutorial to understand the process of inviting and assigning subscriptions.

Hi Subashni, Thank you for your response. Today our IT admin. assisted with this. Their comments are "I have assisted Scott in the installation of the software. However, the application is not pulling a license. It appears that the license server has not been designated". In my "Ansys Account", in "My Subscriptions", in the "Active" box Discovery Standard list 2 activations both shown under "Device" as "Unused" and under "Activation" as "RELEASE" but not able to select. Details are:
- Start date: 2019-04-24
- Expiration date: 2045-04-24
- Activation ID: Act-f5af98dc-dd17-4856-858e-bb841a996975

I'm sorry if I was not clear in my previous reply. I think it will be more efficient to have a Webex with also your Administrator (David Trumble) involved.
Can you please let me know about your convenient time via an email to email@example.com, with the administrator in the email loop as well, so that I can send out the invitation link of Webex.
