Subscriptions Error

  Hello, I recently installed Discovery Ultimate package for 30 day Trial Version. Every time I try to run the program I am not able to access to the program with following error message: "There are no current ANSYS subscriptions that enable capability ANSYS Discovery LIve." I tried and checked all the proposed solutions on the forum. I am also using compatible graphic card. Thank you for your answer!
