Support of optiSLang in Ansys Gateway powered by AWS

  optiSLang is currently packaged with the Mechanical Enterprise package with 2023R1 on Ansys Gateway powered by AWS.
  optiSLang is only supported with Mechanical for now. That holds true for all supported Mechanical workflows including VDI and HPC Clusters.
  Ansys is working to extend optiSLang support of other applications on Ansys Gateway.
