Surface mesh self intersection error

Greetings everyone, I'm currently engaged in a CFD thermal analysis of a sealed battery pack that consists of several components such as cells, Busbar, cell holder, separator, and casing. I have successfully meshed all the components with an element size of 1mm. However, I'm facing difficulties in meshing the inside air volume. Despite attempting to reduce the element size for the inside air, I haven't made any progress. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

      Please check geometry in SpaceClaim.
Select geometry in structure tree --> Use right click --> Select Check Geometry. (Or Tools - Fault Detection in DM)
The geometry should be error free to proceed.
If geometry has any errors, please modify/recreate geometry at those places.

If you have multi body part/component then use Share Topology.

Check Share topology help at https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v221/en/spaceclaim/Discovery/user_manual/st_sharetopology.html?q=share%20topology

Once this is done, make sure you specify correct sizing in the meshing.

Please go through help manual for more details
