Sweep parameter problem

When I scan 111*111 parameters in fdtd, I can’t scan in parallel. I can only scan one parameter at a time, and the window does not respond. What is the upper limit of parallel scan parameters in fdtd?

  There is no limit for the sweep parameters, although I would not recommend that you sweep 10 or more parameters.
  When you say "parallel", I guess you mean "concurrent"? please refer this post:
