SubscriberHey! I'm new to Ansys;
When creating a model I detached some parts so i could work with them individually while simulating, the thing is, spaceclaim created surfaces that have 0 thickness, thus not letting me try to solve the final model. If I delete these surfaces will it delete the objects from my model? Can I vary the thickness without altering the geometry of my model?
The objective of doing this was to have a sole body to be concrete, while the others were structural steel, I can't assign the material to the bodies either.
Thanks!

Ansys EmployeeHi Adrian,
Can you insert a screenshot of your original geometry from SC and explain what exactly you wanted to do? It will help to under your question in a better way and help you more effectively. I guess when you did detach in SpaceClaim it detached all the surfaces of the solid body.
If you want to learn SC, you can check the below courses.

Thank you,
