Ansys Employee你要仿真钛扩散铌酸锂波导的什么参数?如果是分析模式,FDE可以任意三阶各向异性材料,你只要设置合适的折射率就可以。参见

我尝试过这样的方式,但我想要设置成在三个轴上的折射率是随着位置变化而变化的,也就是说在x,y,z三个轴向上,材料折射率分别为: nx(x,y,z); ny(x,y,z); nz(x,y,z)
请问是因为我的表达式太长了,所以没法成功吗?或者有什么其他办法实现这个过程?
