      As suggested by my colleague via email, you are requested to download the Discovery application from this page and select the "Subscription user mode" during installation.
      Please let us know if this resolves your issue. If not, we can have our Webex as scheduled on 24th July 2020 at 1:00pm German time.

      The customer had an incompatible Graphics Card. They will update the graphics and contact us if they face further issues.
