The need of strain rate data for simulating quasi static in explicit dynamic ANSYS

If i assign the honeycomb material data as bilinear isotropic hardening (Al 5052), and left out the strain rate input data, and i simulate quasi-static compression of a honeycomb (flatwise/out-of-plane) in explicit dynamic ANSYS by increasing the loading rates (to reduce simulation time). Can it be still considered as accurate representation?

I'm aware that Aluminium is strain-rate dependant, but since i left out the input material data for strain-rate, does it nullify the effect that may caused by increasing the loading rates?

I hope my question make sense, or i may be completely fail in understanding the the mechanics. Any reply/comment/guide is much appreciated.
