  Hello,
  I changed something in the simulation settings and tried to run the simulation, and after that Lumerical shut down with error message:

  It seems "invalid vector subscript " is a system error. Please google it. You may need to install the system fix.
  I would suggest that you restart your computer, and see if it works. Or reinstall the software.
  Please let us now if the problem still exists.
