the radial force and the tangential force in PM motor

  Hello，Is it possible that the radial force of the rotor is less than the tangential force when the permanent magnet motor is loaded?

  Hi @Peter8415 Generally, the radial force is greater than the tangential force.
  This question does not belong to simulation or usage of Ansys softwares. So, I can not conclude on that.
  You may need to consider running some simulations with different rotor-stator configurations to find out the results.
