The window for mesh analysis and mesh statistics does not open after creating a mesh in turbogrid

Hi everybody,
I am having a problem, with which I could use your help. After creating a mesh for my geometry I try to use the mesh analysis and mesh statistics option and the popup window which should usually opens doesn't open. I am using the 2020 R1 version. At first I thought maybe it was a problem originated during the installation so I desintalled it and installed it again, but it still didn't work. Afterwards, I downloaded the version 2019 R3 and I have the same problem!!!!! Please, if someone knows which is the reason, I would really appreciate some help!
