The failure can be caused by a number of reasons and the exact reason can be identified only after looking at the simulation files. Can you please submit your model for further investigation. In case, the model is bulky or confidential, I can arrange to transfer the model separately through a securetransfer.
Before sending the model, you may want to try refining the mesh and ensure atleast 2 elements across the width of thin segments. Looking at the geometry and use of automated mesh, this can be a potential parameter triggering the error.
