Thermal simulation of a ridge waveguide using CHARGE

I'm trying to simulate electrical and thermal behavior of a ridge waveguide (containing undoped MQWs and P & N doped claddings). I'm using CHARGE solver. I select "Coupled" in "Temperature dependence" menu in its settings to have Charge-Heat coupled simulations. My simulation region is 2D and contains the air around the ridge. However, the software cannot run this simulation because it doesn't support fluid (in this case, air is fluid). Is there any way around it so I can have air included in my simulation?

"NOTE: The fluid material is designed to be used by the HEAT solver to model convective heat transfer into and out of the simulation structure.  It can however be also included in the electrical simulation by the CHARGE solver.  In such cases, the CHARGE solver treats the fluid material as an insulator and it is described by its relative dielectric permittivity.

NOTE: The fluid material is not supported by the CHARGE solver when the 'coupled' mode is selected to perform self-consistent electrothermal simulation. The fluid object should be replaced by an insulator type object in such simulations."

      Hope this information will help.

I see. So I think I just replace air with an insulator with similar parameters. Thanks

What version and OS version you are using? do you have both HEAT and CHARGE licenses?
