SubscriberHi all,
I was trying to run a simulations with THUMS pedestrian model. It is a impact simulation where the vehicle hits the HBM. After the impact of the head with the components. I received negative volume error. I tried to use *Set_segment with part_IO and also tried contact_interior but didnot solve the problem.
Thanks,
Shashank

SubscriberApply Material Erosion to the tissues and Bones. There are number of literature available which shows the strain or stress values where the rupture or fracture occurs in actual cadaveric tests. Use those values.
