Time averaged results

  Hi,
  
  I'd like to know something about the time averaged results in Discovery Live's Fluids module. The interval while the averaging is done is only set by ticking and unticking the appropriate selection box, or maybe it has a maximum length?
  
  For example, can I carry out hypothetically an infinitely long averaging, or after a time only a constant amount of data is considered? (For instance the last 60 seconds.)

  There is an averaging period (length of simulation time) determined by the software in order to dampen out turbulence and oscillations in the transient flow. The averaging time is based on the length of the domain and current time step and is a running average. The user cannot set their own averaging length.
