Time-dependent pressure

      Hi,

I'm hoping to simulate the effect of debris impact on a bridge pier. I want to be able to apply a pressure to my pier structure that varies over time. I've found tutorials on collisions, however I can't seem to find anything about applying a pressure that is time-dependent.

For example if I have an excel containing results from an experiment i.e measurements of varying pressures acting on a structure in very small time increments, would it be possible to put this into an Ansys simulation?

If anyone could share any useful videos, or tutorials that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Please see this post and the subsequent discussion

You should be able to define time-dependent loads using a function or a tabular data.
