time step

  I am using ANSYS FLUENT R19.2 for evaluating the pressure coefficients on solar panels.
  
  i would like to change my time steps for calculation, but no options are seen in the window. i have tried the TUI command, /solve/set/time-step but it shows invalid command. can anyone help me? scrrenshort of fluent page is below
