Ansys Employee你这个错误信息是数据矩阵维数不对。你需要调出来看看是什么原因。
两个模式同时优化可能复杂一些。我觉得应该是同时输入TE和TM模式光源(无法使用Port),然后分别计算出它们的透射率。再将它们合理地加入一个FOM里面来优化,你可能需要修改 target_T_fwd

当然也有可能分别仿真,不够我觉得可能有点问题。

Subscriber十分感谢您的回覆,之前我有尝试过同时输入TE与TM模式的光源,然而两种光源会互相干扰,似乎会出问题。

Ansys Employee如果器件有起偏作用,也就是模式转化,如果同时输入就有相互干涉的问题,你也可以先测试看看这种起偏效应有多大,如果不大的话如此仿真节省一半时间。如果你能让系统分别仿真两个不同的输入,优化过程可能会更长时间。总之你这种是新的探索,需要时间和智慧慢慢解决,不要急。
