Toolbox without content

  Hey, nI have downloaded the free Ansys version 2020 R2. Unfortunately my toolbox is not filled. No improvement after some deinstallations and new installations.nCan you please help me? Thank youn

  You only have version 19.5/2019R3 installed. Have you followed instructions for renewing the license for that version? If not, please search for the post with license renewal instructions.n

  Hi Matt,nHI, I installed ansys student 2020 R2 in my system and i get this error An unknown operation requested. and ther eis no toolbox for me. I cleared all the files in my system and reinstalled but i am not able to find the toolbox. I also tried resetting the workspace layout too. Can you please help me. I am stucknn

  Array Can you share the full output of the install.log and install.err file if they exist in the Ansys installation directory? It would by default be C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc.nnThanksnMattn

Please open Workbench and then go to %TEMP%\WorkbenchLogs and send the full text of the newest CoreEvents and UIEvents logs, and from %TEMP%\WorkbenchJournals please send the full text of the most recent journalXXXXX.wbjn file?Thank you,nMattn
