You can use the Custom option in the Simulation tab> Monitors or launch Monitors from the HUD.
In the drop down you will see 'Mass'. Selecting this will give you a monitor for Mass variable.
If you would like to see the variation in mass over iterations, you can click on the "details" on the monitor created. Please refer image below
