透射率问题

老师，我用了两个单元结构计算透射率生成两张图，这两张图怎么看那个的透射率更好？
（1）图一是SiO2为基底，上面是硅纳米柱，生成的透射率图像，波长是1.3微米，扫描的硅纳米住的半径范围是0.04到0.2微米
（2) 图二是CaF2为基底，上面是硅纳米柱，生成的透射率图像，波长是1.3微米，扫描的硅纳米住的半径范围是0.04到0.2微米
