Tracking rigged body motion

Hey, i have a simulation using 1DOF in the vertical axis. Is there a way to output/track the volocity of the rigged body?
Are there no report deffinitons for body velocitys?
The image below is what i though would work "Write Motion History" but its output is unexpected and doesnt relate to the simulation time.
