Transient solution

  I am simulating a Cone and Plate device. I solved a case of steady rotation of the cone part of the geometry by specifying it as a rotating Boundary Condition. I need to simulate a transient solution for the same geometry where my boundary condition of the cone is oscillating in rotation. Any ideas? I am kinda stuck and I would really appreciate some assistance
