Ansys EmployeeWe took all of the tutorial materials off the Customer Portal a while back, so you may have found a rogue link somewhere.
Looking at the text I think that's the documentation level tutorials as opposed to the training equivalent so aren't on the archive here that came through from Fluent Inc and weren't updated beyond about R12. Given the dimensions above you're probably going to be quicker building the model from scratch! Additionally the interface is very different as are all of the models so possibly not the best way to learn the software.
